Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss legal counsel to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A as administrative agent, GLAS Trust Corporation Limited as collateral agent and the other members of the banking syndicate in connection with a USD 535 million term loan, a EUR 200 million term loan and a USD 90 million multicurrency revolving credit facility for SGH2 LLC, a finance subsidiary of the Scenic group.
