Brunswick Real Estate has sold its debt business, Brunswick Real Estate Capital, to Niam. Roschier advised Brunswick Real Estate in the transaction.
The debt business, which has launched three funds to date and manages approximately SEK 25 billion in assets, will operate as an independent company under Niam Credit.
Brunswick Real Estate is a market-leading real estate investor in the Nordics. The divestment of the debt business is a strategic milestone which allows Brunswick to increase the focus on growing existing, and creating new, real estate companies.
