Shook Lin & Bok has hired a new corporate finance partner to meet the needs of its growing practice.

Dayne Ho joins the firm from TSMP Law Corporation where he was previously director and co-head of the corporate finance practice.

Ho practises corporate and corporate finance, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity and regulatory advisory work. He is experienced in advising international and local companies - listed and unlisted - on a range of cross-border corporate transactions in Asia.

Previously he advised the issuer in the listing of Pacific Radiance on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST; the listing of Halcyon Agri Corporation on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST; and acted for the issue manager in the listing of MoneyMax Financial Services on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST.

He also assisted Pacific Radiance and Halcyon Agri Corporation in its establishment of its S$1 billion and S$300 million MTN programmes; and assisted Dragon Group International in the disposal of its core business assets, and Halcyon Agri Corporation in its S$450 million acquisition of rubber assets in Indonesia.
