Shearman & Sterling has added partner Brien Wassner in New York.
Wassner joins Shearman's corporate practice from Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy.
His clients include public and private companies, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, venture capital funds and financial institutions.
Wassner has advised an array of parties in the retail, financial services, energy, infrastructure, healthcare and real estate sectors.
