We are pleased to announce that our Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda participated at this year’s Balkan Legal Forum, as a panelist.

The panel What will happen to law firms in the next 20 years was moderated by Stephen Revell from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Singapore, and co-participated by Dovilė Burgienė, Walless, Vilnius, Boris Šavorić, ŠAVORIĆ & PARTNERS, Croatia, and Paweł Zdort, Rymarz Zdort, Warsaw.

Organized by the International Bar Association, at Beautiful Park Hyatt hotel in Vienna, Balkan Legal Forum gathered more than 150 professionals from 31 countries, to discuss the main topic – Legal Practice Transformation.

Great sessions on legal practice transformation included lessons learned from the past 20 years, how technology is changing our practice by embracing and integrating advanced technology and artificial intelligence into law firm operations, new business models and how should law firms manage the change. Finally, and more importantly, what do the next generation of leaders think will happen to law firms in the next 20 years.

We would like to thank IBA for organizing 22nd Balkan Legal Forum, which has clearly moved beyond the Balkan region becoming a premier legal conference in Eastern Europe, evaluated by participants as “the best legal event in Southeast Europe”. Also, special thanks to Borislav Boyanov, conference co-chair, Managing Partner at Boyanov & Co, Sofia.
