Poland: DKP represented Pulse Roll Label Products in acquisition and entry to Polish market

M&A Team of Dudkowiak Kopeć Putyra (Warsaw Law Office) represented British investor - Pulse Roll Label Products in the transaction of acquisition of assets from Polish Joint Stock Vendor and the process of entry and expansion of operations to Polish market.

Pulse Roll Label Products is private UK company supplying the label printing industry with inks, varnishes, and coatings since 2001. Operations in Poland will involve production and distributions of products in Poland and possible CEE region.
