Arendt is pleased to welcome Christian Heinen, who joined the group as the new CEO of Arendt Services on the first of December. He takes over for Olivier Hamou, who will remain on the company’s Board of Directors.

After starting his career with a Big Four, Christian held various senior positions in the fund and corporate services industries across several continents, leading business transformation and growth strategies in different cultural settings. His last role was that of Luxembourg Country Head at a major fund and corporate services provider.

“I am delighted that Christian Heinen has accepted the position of new CEO of Arendt Services. His wealth of experience in the industry will allow us to further expand and deepen our service offering to clients in an era of digital transformation. The board is looking forward to working with Christian. I also wish to express my gratitude to Olivier for his outstanding services during the past six years,” said Claude Niedner, Chairman of the Board of Arendt Services.

“I am very excited about joining Arendt Services. My arrival comes at a time when clients face ever-increasing complexity resulting from evolving regulations and additional reporting requirements, which put pressure on their support functions. That trend will continue. As part of Arendt, we are perfectly placed to offer tech-enabled outsourcing solutions to our clients so that they can rely on us, and continue to focus on their core activities,” said Christian Heinen.

Arendt Services employs more than 230 experts offering a wide range of advanced accounting, reporting, corporate and other administration services.
