Linklaters has hired a managing director from Goldman Sachs in London.

Sarah Mook will join the firm's global restructuring and insolvency practice from the investment bank at the end of June.

At Goldman Mook had been part of the EMEA restructuring team since 2005, having previously been at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for 14 years prior to that.

The news comes a few months after Linklaters lost two restructuring partners to Sidley Austin in the form of Yen Sum and Jennifer Brennan.
