One of Ukraine's leading transcational firms announced it will be splitting with a firm it merged with less than 24 months.

Avellum and AGA Partners, which merged in July 2018, will be splitting. The move will see a co-managing partner and two further partners return to practice under AGA Partners: Aminat Suleymanova, Iryna Moroz and Ivan Kasynyuk.

AGA primarily advises on dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration.

Despite now operating under separate brands, the firms maintain they will continue to work on joint projects.
