Latham & Watkins has added to its structured finance and securitisation practice with the addition of a new partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Simeon Rudin joins the team in London. He focuses on structured finance, securitisation and derivative matters with a particular focus on the fintech sector.

Rudin is recognised as an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer.

The US firm has recently focused its London hiring on the regulatory space brining in Daniel Csefalvay from Linklaters and David Berman from Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in 2017 so far.
