King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has hired 11 partners across different offices in China to boost the firm in practice areas such corporate and finance, data compliance and dispute resolution.
Zhou Hao joins from the Nanjing office of Grandall Law Firm. He is a securities specialist with experience in domestic and overseas listings of companies, M&A and restructuring, private equity and commercial investment.
Shan Yingzhi joins from Commerce & Finance Law Offices where he specialised in securities and private equity financing, particularly in domestic and overseas reorganisations and listings, venture capital and private equity investment, M&A, and debt market issuances.
In addition to Zhou and Shan, KWM also hired nine other partners across different regions such as Beijing and Haikou. The new hires are specialised in practices such as dispute resolution, tax and real estate.
