Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak has made significant additions to its real estae and M&A teams with the addition of a number of partners from Norton Rose Fulbright Piotr Strawa and Partners and Allen & Overy A Pędzich.
Agnieszka Stankiewicz, head of the Polish real estate practice at Norton Rose Fulbright and local partner Magdalena Życzkowska-Jóźwiak both make the move in tandem with counsel Radomił Charzyńskiand local partner Karol Brzoskowski from Allen & Overy.
The additions bring the number of practicing real estate lawyers in the team to 30. The team acts on pure real estate matters as well as related finance and M&A elements.
The team has acted for the likes of Amstra Global Partners and Rosehill Investments in the past.
