Grandway Law Offices has hired five partners in different offices across central and southeastern China.
Huaying Liu, Hao Kuang, Shenfeng Chen and Huilin Zhang join its Shanghai office, while Taosheng Liu joins in Shenzhen.
Kuang made the move from Hansen & Partner where he worked previously as a senior partner. Kuang has experience in insurance, real estate and banking and finance, and has provided long-term legal services for insurance companies and real estate companies in their investment fund projects.
Zhang practised at AllBright Law Offices before joining Grandway. She has expertise in foreign investment, corporate restructuring and listings, NEEQ listings, M&A, private equity, funds, trusts, real estate and construction projects.
Taosheng Liu moved from Hylands Law Firm where he focussed on capital markets, domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A and private equity across the technology, pharmaceuticals, food and environmental protection industries.
Chen focuses on tax, while Huaying Liu focuses on criminal defence and compliance.
The hires were Grandway’s first in 2021.

况皓律师在保险、房地产及银行金融法律服务领域具有丰富的从业经验，曾为多家知名保险公司、房地产投资基金提供常年法律服务。况律师此前在华商律师事务所任职高级合伙人。
张惠琳律师此前执业于锦天城律师事务所。她长期从事外商投资、公司改制上市、新三板挂牌、并购重组、私募股权投资、基金、信托、房地产与建设工程等领域法律服务，具有丰富的非诉讼及争议解决法律服务经验。
刘逃生律师此前任职于浩天信和律师事务所。他专注于证券与资本市场、境内外上市、企业并购及融资、私募基金等业务，曾为多家企业提供与并购重组、股票发行与上市等相关的法律服务，涉及科技、制药、食品、环保等多个行业。
此外，刘华英律师专注于刑事辩护与刑事合规领域，擅长经济犯罪、职务犯罪的刑事辩护；陈律师曾在上海税务系统担任征管、稽查、监察岗位，具有丰富的法财税实践经验。
这是国枫今年来的第一批重要招聘。
