Grandall Law Firm has opened a new office in Nanchang, the capital city of Jiangxi province in eastern China.
The Nanchang office will specialise in commercial legal services, with an added focus on bank trusts, investment financing, capital markets, construction and real estate work, cross-border transactions as well as dispute resolution matters.
The new office comprises of 15 lawyers and is led by partner Feng Fan, who specialises in advising government institutions, investment financing and commercial dispute resolution. Financial services, M&A and capital markets experts Wang Laisheng and Wei Zhijun will also act as managing partners of the Nanchang office.
Grandall Law Firm now has 33 offices globally, including 28 in China and five abroad.
