Italian firm Gitti and Partners has opened a new office in London, hiring two new lawyers in the process.
Partner Norman Pepe and counsel Fabrizio Occhipinti both join the firm from Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo (RCC).
Pepe is a structured finance and securitisation specialist with a focus on CMBS, RMBS, NPL sales and other real estate finance matters. Before joining RCC in 2014 he had been a member of Paul Hastings' London office and prior to that had worked at Bonelli Erede.
Pepe's recent work includes advising Bayview Asset Management as an investor on a securitisation of NPLs by Sirius SPV acquired from Iccrea Group (Deal Data Record)
Occhipinti is a banking and finance specialist focused on leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance in additon to restructuring and insolvency work.
