We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the 1st bond issuance for EFGCS for EGP 500 million, from multi-issuances program up to EGP 3 billion.
We, Dreny and Partners acted as the legal advisor for the transaction, EFG Hermes Investment banking unit acted as the issuance lead arranger and financial advisor.
