Dreny & Partners has advised on three major recent bond issuances with a total value of 1.2 billion USD for the New Urban Community Authority “NUCA”, GlobalCorp Financial Services and Tamweel Mortgage Finance, marking the 2nd issuance backed by a portfolio of mortgage loans.
