Dreny & Partners is pleased to announce the successful completion of the second securitization transaction for EFG Hermes Corp Solutions amounting to EGP 2 billion, from a multi-issuances program amounting to EGP 3 billion. We, Dreny and Partners, acted as the legal advisor for the transaction, EFG Hermes acted as the issuance lead arranger and the financial advisor, KPMG acted as the issuance auditor.
It is worth mentioning that the issuance was comprised of three tranches, where the first tranche is valued at EGP 260 million, and the second at EGP 890 million, while the third at EGP 850 million.
