East & Concord Partners selected in the Ministry of Commerce’s Candidate List of Law Firms for Trade Remedies
On October 30, 2015, the Ministry of Commerce for the People’s Republic of China issued the Ministry of Commerce’s Candidate List of Law Firms- sub-list for the Trade Remedies Bid Winning Announcement, and East & Concord Partners were named as one of the legal service suppliers assigned by the Ministry of Commerce to the People’s Republic of China due to its professional international trade lawyers, rich litigation experience in anti-dumping and countervailing as well as its conscientious spirit of legal service. East & Concord Partners will provide legal services in the trade remedies field for the Chinese government.
The Ministry of Commerce for the People’s Republic of China established this list of law firms through public bidding, and since 2013 has announced that the list would be updated every two years.
