Dentons has hired Frank Wu, Jiang Jian, Yang Wenlong and Jia Shihong as senior partners across various offices in China.
Wu joins the firm’s Shanghai office from big four accounting firm PwC where he was a partner. He is a customs and international trade expert, advising on cross-border investment and trade, M&A and dispute resolution.
Jia joins Dentons’ Harbin office from Renda Law Firm in Heilongjiang province. She specialises in capital markets, corporate and M&A, restructuring and insolvency, as well as dispute resolution.
Meanwhile criminal lawyers Jiang joined Dentons' Chengdu office while Yang arrived at the firm's Guangzhou office.

蒋律师加盟了大成成都分所，此前他曾任四川卓安律师事务所管理合伙人。蒋律师的主要执业领域为刑事、公司与并购、争议解决、银行与金融。
杨律师加盟了大成广州分所，此前他曾任广东法制盛邦律师事务所管理合伙人。另外，杨律师执业领域为刑事、争议解决、海事海商与航空航天等。
