Dechert has hired a new banking partner in London.

Rob Bradshaw joins the firm from Kirkland & Ellis and focuses on banking and finance including leveraged and acquisition financing, bridge financing, refinancing and restructurings.

Prior to joining Kirkland in 2014, Bradshaw had practiced at Allen & Overy.

His experience includes advising Bain Capital and the Autodistribution Group on the financing of the acquisition by Autodis of Doyen Auto; advising TPG Growth on the acquisition of Frank Recruitment Group; and advising Bain Capital and Dakar Finance in connection with the financing of the acquisition of the Autodistribution Group.

More recent work include advising Bain Capital on the sale of its stake in Securitas Direct Verisure Group (Deal Data record).

The move is the latest in a steady stream of London hires made by Dechert over the last year including those of private equity partner Ross Allardice from White & Case and finance partner John Markland also from Kirkland & Ellis.

In addition, in December 2016 the firm hired banking partners Philip Butler and David Miles from DLA Piper.
