DLA Piper has strengthened its Singapore office with a new corporate partner.

Philip Lee joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF), where he served as head of the debt capital markets practice for Asia.

Lee focuses on debt capital markets, structured finance and general securities transactions in Southeast Asia. He also handles matters involving syndicated and secured bank lending, project finance and acquisition finance. Prior to joining HSF, Lee worked for firms such as Allen & Overy, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the legacy Freehills.
