Clyde & Co has hired two partners in Singapore in line with its global and regional strategy, and also strengthening its arbitration and corporate practice in the region.
June Yeum joins the firm from Korea’s Lee & Ko, where she was previously co-head of the International Dispute Resolution Group. Joining Yeum is Justin Tan, who was previously a partner with Singapore firm Rodyk & Davidson.

Yeum was previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie and Duane Morris in New York working in international arbitration law. With experience in international business litigation and negotiations across Asia, she joins Clyde & Co as an international arbitration partner.
Tan previously worked for Rodyk & Davidson, Allen & Overy, WongPartnership and Lee & Lee. His experience spans across Singapore and other South East Asian countries, China and Japan. His practice expertise includes M&A, commercial and projects, with particular strength in the energy, infrastructure, real estate and chemicals sectors. He is joining Clyde & Co as a corporate partner and will be a director at the firm’s Singaporean joint law venture firm Clasis.
Down under the firm brought in construction partner Kon Nakousis from Minter Ellison in Sydney, boosting the firm’s Australian infrastructure practice. Nakousis acts for principal and contractor clients across the construction and engineering sectors.
Clyde & Co now has 46 partners in Asia-Pacific. In the past two years, it has tripled the size of its regional office network and doubled the number of its partners in the region.
