Allen & Overy has bolstered its China corporate practice with the appointment of a new partner in Hong Kong.
Tess Fang joins the firm from White & Case’s Hong Kong office, where she had worked as a local partner since April 2018.
Fang specialises in cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, advising on cross border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and divestures, private equity transactions and joint ventures across numerous sectors in China.
Over the last 12 months, Allen & Overy has announced a series of China-related appointments, including appointments in the litigation & investigations and restructuring groups.
