Taras Bondarenko

Taras specialises in complex support of construction, real estate and land law projects. He also advises on investment agreements related to real estate. His previous experience includes representing many large development companies in complex projects. He supported projects in relation to the construction and reconstruction of large shopping malls and residential complexes, including construction in the historical areas of settlements.

Taras also supported major investment agreements for the purchase and lease of land and shopping malls and developed and implemented financing mechanisms for construction projects to optimise the tax burden on the developer. He has significant experience in pre-purchase due diligence of land banks and real estate objects to identify risks and develop an optimal transaction structure.

Before joining Sayenko Kharenko, Taras worked as an engineer in a construction company and later, he was a real estate counsel at a leading law firm.
