Pedro Couto

With 31 years of experience, is involved in initiatives such as BOT, BOOT, restructuring of companies, foreign investment, financing, privatization and public procurement (transport, mining, aviation, energy, oil, gas, Port, rail and business infrastructure). He is an expert in energy and project finance having participated in most power and infrastructure projects in recent years in Mozambique.

• Legal assistance in the 60 MW AC (corresponding to approximately 67.29 MWp) solar photovoltaic power generation plant.
• Legal assistance to Mozambique Transmission Company in respect of the drafting and negotiation of the Connection and Operation Agreement between Mozambique Transmission Company and STE
• Legal assistance in the implementation of a photovoltaic solar power plant project, with a nominal capacity of 30 MW.
• Legal assistance for creation of a conservation tourism project that includes the rehabilitation of Massingir airport and a Aman resorts
