Nebojša Marić is the Managing Partner of Marić & Co Law Firm in Sarajevo.   • Represented Dundee Precious Metals / Adriatic Metals in relation to concession agreements and regulatory matters concerning the Vareš mining project, including analysis of concession fees, land rights, infrastructure access and interaction with cantonal authorities.
  • Advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on local law aspects of financing transactions extended to financial institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including review of loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Represented a syndicate of domestic banks in secured financing transactions granted to industrial companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including preparation and perfection of security documentation under local law.
