Jaco Meyer

Jaco Meyer is a Director in CDH's Corporate & Commercial practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, black economic empowerment transactions, company law and corporate governance. Jaco has experience in advising on the acquisition and divestment of companies and businesses in South Africa and Australia, including due diligence and the corporate and commercial aspects regarding implementation of those transactions.
