Yun Zhou

Yun Zhou is a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm's Shanghai Office and is a member of its management committee.  He is also head of the firm’s corporate M&A department. Since 2015, he is appointed as an officer at IBA’s Corporate and M&A Law Committee, being the first China lawyer in the history of the committee.

• Advised Joyson in the $300 million equity financing project with Pacific Alliance Group for the acquisition of Takata’s global asset at $1.588 billion.
• Meituan Dianping in its Hong Kong listing as the underwriters’ PRC counsel.
• Advised Farfetch in the its acquisition of JD's luxury e-commerce platform Toplife through assets transfer and its strategic partnership with JD. (the underlying deal amount is restricted from disclosing according to requirement from Farfetch)
