William Qiu

Mr. Qiu has extensive experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (including FDI and ODI), private equity and investment funds, and ESOP.  He has assisted numerous famous enterprises in their M&A, asset restructuring and A-share listing, investment of USD and RMB funds, set up and termination of VIE structures, ESOPs and other general company matters.

• Advised China Mobile Capital in its ¥ 500 million investment in Suirui (NEEQ: 835990) by private placement and share transfer
• Advised Henglin (603661) in its approximately ¥ 500 million cross-border acquisition of 100% equity stake of Lista Office, a Swiss office furniture group 
• Advised Shunwei as the leading investor in the ¥ 200 million Series B financing of NANUP
• Advised Enflame in the  ¥ 300 million series A round of financing
