Tonia Antoniou

Tonia graduated from the university of Essex with a masters degree from Bristol University.  She concentrates on banking and finance, corporate and general commercial law. She is a partner in her firm since 2007 and she heads the Banking & Finance Department and the Corporate Department of the Limassol office.

• Advised an international bank in relation to credit facilities for an international oil and gas service company valued at USD150million. 
• Advised the purchaser in the financing for the acquisition of a consumer electronics retail business in Russia valued in excess of USD 500million.
• Advised the lenders in a multi-million-dollar financing for the acquisition of an international mining business.
• Advised the lenders in connection with a multi-million-dollar project financing in the energy sector.
