• Advised and represented FMTG Vienna (Falkensteiner group) in an investment project in hotel industry in Montenegro and region, operating management, long lease, investment and maintenance plan and implementation, obtaining operating licensing and permits;
• Advised Dutch investor on earlier investment in Shipyard Kladovo, NPL transaction, acquisition of assets/shares, related with another shipyard in bankruptcy procedure, project finance, recovery in insolvency;
• Advised and represented Thermotraffic GmbH (Germany) in procedure of restructuring of debt, negotiation process with the debtor, debt settlement and debt collection;
• Advised Parfums Christian Dior S.A. (France) in examination of corporate and commercial relations in Serbia and West Balkan;
• Advised and represented Vita34 (Germany) – life and science industry in procedure of restructuring of debt, negotiation process with the debtor, debt settlement and debt collection.
