• Advised Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan on the acquisition of a CHF 300million stake in Barry Callebaut AG
• Advised Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, UBS Investment Bank and the other members of the offering syndicate in connection with SoftwareOne's initial public offering on SIX Swiss Exchange with a total market capitalisation of up to CHF 3.2 billion
• Advised the agent, security agent and the note purchasers on the second lien financing for the CHF 10.2 billion acquisition of Nestle Skin Health by EQT and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority
• Advised Stadler Rail AG on its Initial Public Offering with a total market capitalisation of approximately CHF 3.3 billion to CHF 4.1 billion.
• Advised BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and the other members of the offering syndicate in connection with SIG Combibloc’s initial public offering on SIX Swiss Exchange with a total market capitalisation of approximately CHF 3.4 billion to CHF 4.1 billion.
