Theresa Kradjian has more than 20 years of experience in the securitisation and debt capital markets. She has a broad practice that includes UK RMBS, covered bonds, US and European ABCP, marketplace lending, credit cards and complex cross-border structured transactions for financial institutions. Theresa also works on portfolio sales and warehouse financings for private equity and asset management clients. Her experience spans working with clients in Australia, Asia, Europe, the UK and the US.

  • Representing major banks in connection with the establishment of US and European multi-billion commercial paper programme utilising repo, derivatives and traditional ABCP technologies.
  • Acting as designated arrangers and dealers counsel under Clydesdale Bank’s Lanark prime RMBS programme.
  • Acting for asset managers in warehouse facilities and public securitisations of SME loans originated through marketplace lending platforms.
  • Acting as US counsel for NewDay under its own-brand and co-brand credit card securitisation programmes.
  • Advising asset managers, banks and other financial institutions in connection with warehouse facilities and portfolio sales of residential mortgage loans and other assets.
