Stephanie is a Partner in the Corporate Department at BeesMont Law Limited and joined the firm in

2010. She practices in all areas of corporate and commercial law with a particular emphasis on

mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, insurance, finance, corporate reorganisations, restructurings and

cross-border transactions. Stephanie’s practice also encompasses Bermuda international tax transparency law, AEOI, corporate governance, compliance (including AML/ATF) and regulatory matters, data protection and privacy law. 

  • Advised Sibanye Gold Limited in connection with the approx. US$294 million acquisition of Aquarius Platinum Limited;
  • Advised CMOC Mining Pty Ltd. in connection with its US$2.65 billion acquisition of indirect;
  • interest of Freeport McMoRan in Tenke Fungurume copper-cobalt mine;
  • Advised Ministry of Finance with Deloitte on Government Tax Information Reporting Solution;
  • Project including CRS and Country-by-Country Regulations and Guidance for Bermuda.
