Stefan Blunschi is a partner in the Corporate / M&A team at Homburger and specializes in mergers & acquisitions. He advises listed and private companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side private M&A processes, public takeovers and private equity investments. Alongside his M&A work, Stefan’s practice also encompasses corporate law, securities regulation and equity capital markets transactions, as well as sports law.
