  • Advising Everest Industrial Holdings Ltd in setting up a joint venture with Varun Beverages Limited and advised EIH from an Indian laws perspective in sale of its 50% stake in Everest Industrial Lanka (Private) Limited.           
  • Advised Oricon Enterprises Limited on its sale of plastic caps and closures and preforms by way of slump sale on a going concern basis to Manjushree Technopack Limited (MTL).
  • Advised Muthoot Capital Services Limited (as the “Originator”) and HDFC Mutual Fund (as the “Investor”) on their securitization transaction, which involved the securitization of a pool of loan receivables. This was executed through the issuance of Pass-Through Certificates (“PTCs”).
