Rita Martins

Rita obtained a Law degree in Portugal and is also a lawyer in Macau, the DSL Lawyers partner leading its Banking & Financial Practice since 2007. Rita’s focus covers Project Finance, M&A, Capital Markets, regular assistance with Macau licensing procedures, product approvals, fund registration, other regulatory clearances with the Monetary Authority of Macau and general financial advisory.
