  • Advised Sika in the successful EGP 500,000,000 mandatory tender offer launched by its Egyptian entity Sika Egypt on Modern Waterproofing Company.
  • Advised Cairo for Real Estate and Investment (CIRA) in the EGP 100,000,000 acquisition of a majority stake in the British Columbia Canadian School.
  • Advised Cairo for Real Estate and Investment (CIRA) in the EGP 350,000,000 partnership with the Sovereign Fund of Egypt to invest in education in Egypt.
  • Advised B.TECH shareholders in the EGP 350,000,000 private placement of a 33% stake to Development Partners International (DPI).
  • Advised Galala University in its agreement with Arizona State University to offer students a dual degree program.
