Weerawong C&P has a diverse and inclusive working environment, with equal opportunities in recruitment and advancement. The ratio of women to men lawyers is 50:50 and one third of the partners are women. The firm’s ‘Be the CEO of your own career’ program recognizes that the definition of hard work and a balanced life is different for each person. All lawyers are encouraged to define their goals, plan and adopt their work and routine accordingly to create a ‘well-designed life’. To support this, new technology systems have been implemented so that lawyers may work anywhere at any time. The program also involves individual reward and development plans which provide the opportunity for women to create their own ideal work life balance and professional development with the support of partners.
