  • Advised Njord Securities AS, major Norwegian financial manager, in the NOK 900 million acquisition of the real estate companies Rosenlund Kontorbygg AS and Rosenlund Kontorbygg II AS from Lillehammer Kontorbygg AS
  • Advised Aquaship AS, a major Norwegian wellboat and feedboat group, in relation to a NOK 520 million sale and private placement directed towards US funds Amerra Capital and Neptune Aquaculture
  • Advised Svelgen Kraft Holding AS in relation to a search for a strategic partner to its subsidiary Vestavind Kraft AS and its 200 MW wind power portfolio. The Italian company Falck Renewables S.p.a. was elected as strategic partner and acquired 80% of the shares.
