Omar Ferchiou

Omar started as a junior associate in 2011 after being admitted to the Tunis Bar and the New York Bar.
Omar has had the opportunity to work with various local and international institutions (privately owned or state owned and assisted NGOs) in relation to a range of legal issues these entities may encounter. His main area of expertise resolves around matters of Banking and Finance, Corporate law and Mergers and acquisitions. He also works extensively in matters involving IT-Communications and Oil & Gas.
