Nitzan Sandor is a partner in FBC’s Corporate practice, focusing on Capital Markets and M&A matters. She represents Israel's most prominent securities (equity and debt) issuers, as well as prominent underwriters, in offerings in Israel and abroad.  She has vast and significant expertise representing dually-listed companies (in Israel and in the U.S.), and underwriters and issuers in international securities offerings.  Her focus is on debt instruments and financial products.  She advises clients in connection with regulatory reforms in corporate and securities laws and in the regulation of investment companies.

Ms. Sandor, an expert on Israeli securities laws, has represented issuers in several of Israel's largest securities offerings. She represented B Communications in its USD800M note offering, the first international high yield offering to be listed on the TASE, as well as in its subsequent notes repurchase; Bezeq, Israel's largest telecommunications group, in its securities offerings; Migdal Insurance in an initial public offering of hybrid capital; the Joint Global Coordinators and Israeli Underwriter in the unique and innovative IPO of Tamar Petroleum, combining offerings in Israel, the US, Europe and other jurisdictions; and Generation Capital in the establishment and IPO of Israel's first traded infrastructure & energy investment fund.
