• Advising NAMA, as funder, on successful close out and completion of the Bolands Quay development, with Google as forward purchaser, including close out of final account and realisation for state body of its investment. 
• Trusted advisor to Meta in respect of EMEA data centre development programme, including advising on alternative contracting models, as well as on-going advices on commercial developments in Ireland
