Nathalie van Woerkom (1970) obtained her law doctorate at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1993. She also gained her Master of Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management in 2002.

Nathalie has extensive experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder agreements. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Her wide-ranging experience includes numerous cross-border due diligence audits, restructuring by major multinationals of their operations in the Netherlands, joint ventures in Europa, the USA, Asia and Africa and management buy-outs. 

Nathalie was nominated for the M&A Award for Best M&A Lawyer Mid-Market in 2018.

  • Advised Redmore, a company that offers business information technology consulting and software development services for the financial industry, with the acquisition of Pensioen Perspectief through Triple A -Risk Finance.
  • Advised De Hoge Dennen with the sale of SAP-specialist myBrand, to Conclusion, an IT service provider.
  • Advised Cottus shareholders with the sale of Cottus, a provider of technical workers for the Dutch industrial and installation sectors, to The Employment Group, a portfolio company of Egeria, an independent Dutch investment fund.
  • Advised CWS with the acquisition of Vendor, supplier of hygiene solutions, from private equity firm Egeria.
