Mikiharu Mori

Mikiharu Mori is the Founding and Managing Partner of Tokyo International Law Office. He has extensive experience advising Japanese and international clients on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, international arbitration and disputes, energy and infrastructure projects, healthcare, technology, and global compliance matters, including antitrust and anti-corruption investigations.

He has represented a wide range of industrial and financial clients, including major electronics manufacturers, high-technology companies, and chemical and engineering firms. In addition to his legal practice, he frequently speaks at seminars and conferences on cross-border M&A and international disputes, and his insights have been featured in leading business publications and media outlets.
