Michi Yamagami

Michi Yamagami, a corporate partner, has assisted both Japanese and foreign clients in a wide variety of domestic and cross border transactions, including cross border M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic alliances. He also advises public companies on corporate governance and internal investigation matters.

In addition to his professional experience at Anderson Mori&Tomotsune, he served as a visiting professor at the Graduate School for Law and Politics of The University of Tokyo(2022-2025).
