• Assisted the syndicated Chinese bank (i.e. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and the Export-Import Bank of China) in the USD 270 Million financing for the development of 2x100MW Coal Fired Steam Power Plant.
• Act as Indonesian legal counsel to China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Branch in the USD 250 Million financing for the construction of a ferronickel manufacturing facility(s).
• As Indonesian legal counsel to Maybank Indonesia in the, IDR 1 Trillion, first phase of the third continuing bonds listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) with the target size of up to IDR 5 Trillion.
• Acted as Indonesian legal counsel for the Sale and issuance of US$750.000.000 3.75% Euro Medium Term Notes Due 2024 Issued by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under US$ 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Notes Programme. 
• Assisted LMIRT Management Ltd in the IDR 3.7 Trillion proposed acquisition of a retail mall.
