Melissa, currently our Managing Partner, is a seasoned legal professional with expertise in M&A and General Corporate, Capital Markets, Port and Shipping, Banking and Finance, Energy and Infrastructure, Restructuring and Insolvency, Medical and Healthcare Services, Technology, and Media and Telecommunications. With extensive experience handling significant transactions, she has successfully represented a broad range of clients, including state-owned enterprises, private companies, and multinational corporations.

Her outstanding achievements have earned her several prestigious accolades. Most recently, she was nominated as Woman Lawyer of the Year (Law Firm) at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2025 and recognized as one of ALB’s Asia Top 15 Female Lawyers for 2024. She also received nominations for SE Asia Dealmaker of the Year and SE Asia Private Practitioner of the Year at the ALB Women in Law Awards 2023. Additionally, she is ranked as “Highly Regarded” and a “Women Leader” in M&A by the IFLR1000 2024 Rankings and acknowledged by the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide 2025 for her Corporate and M&A expertise.

This recognition builds on her long-established reputation as a leader in the field. In 2019, she was featured in ALB’s Asia Edition as one of Indonesia’s Rising Stars, standing out as one of the youngest practitioners. She was also a finalist for “Woman Lawyer of the Year” and “Young Lawyer of the Year” at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2020.
