Mabel Lui is a multi-award lawyer with more than 39 years of commercial and transactional experience in Hong Kong and China (including mergers, acquisitions, and investments). She notably advised in the first Sino-foreign joint venture in China and in one of the first H-share issues by Hong Kong/New York dually-listed Chinese corporations. Her experience expands to real estate, corporate finance, trust and estate, and private wealth management work.

• Represented Hong Kong's largest food & beverage corporation and restaurant chain on the acquisition of a franchisee of a COVA business in Hong Kong;

• Represented one of America’s oldest fashion retailers in the asset purchase relating to the sale and distribution of its own branded products across six Asian countries; and establishment of a joint venture with Asia’s premier fashion retail and brand management group;

• Represented SOCAM Development Limited in the RMB1.323 billion-sale of the Four Seasons Hotel and Four Seasons Place in Shanghai to B.M. Holding Group.
